Cement stairs

1. The strength of base course and tensile bonding strength of bottom surface of stairs shall not be less than 1.2 MPa. The tensile bonding strength of the facade shall not be less than 0.8 MPa. If the strength is too low, the bonding will not be firm and the floor will bulge and fall off.

2. The corners of stairs shall be complete without defects. If there are defects, the corners shall be repaired with repair mortar.

3. For the installation of stair steps, the adhesive with high shear force must be selected, which meets JC / t550-2019 and gb33327 standards.

Construction method:

1. The base course shall be polished and cleaned, and the damaged corner shall be repaired. After drying, the interface agent shall be applied and the construction shall be self leveling.

2. After self leveling and drying, grind and micro polish to make the base level without laitance, then scrape and apply adhesive to fit the floor, and then cut the surplus place.

Steel stairs

Due to the characteristics of steel plate, it is impossible to construct ordinary self leveling. It is necessary to use another method for leveling. At present, the more mature scheme is to use polyurethane mortar to scrape on the steel plate. The specific operation method is as follows.

1. As the steel plate is bound to rust if it is exposed to the air for a long time, the first step is to remove the rust. The rust on the steel plate is polished by hand mill or other grinding tools. In order to prevent the steel plate from reoxidation, epoxy interfacial agent is applied to insulate it from the air.

2. Mix the polyurethane mortar in proportion, and then scrape it on the steel plate in batches, with uniform thickness and smoothness.

3. After curing, the polyurethane mortar should be polished by grinding machine, micro polished, scraped with adhesive, pasted on the floor, and then cut off the surplus part of the floor.
